{"id":2592,"date":"2020-07-04T23:49:49","date_gmt":"2020-07-04T21:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/?p=2592"},"modified":"2023-10-24T00:01:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T22:01:21","slug":"lee-app-upgrade-3d-printed-case-feeder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/blog\/lee-app-upgrade-3d-printed-case-feeder\/","title":{"rendered":"LEE APP Upgrade &#8211; 3D printed case feeder"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nei precedenti articoli abbiamo visto come il sistema di alimentazione dei bossoli in dotazione con la nuova pressa<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3vTR0Ab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" Lee APP (Autometic Processing press) (apre in una nuova scheda)\"> Lee APP (Autometic Processing press)<\/a> non sia perfetto:<br>&#8211; Le misure sono estremamente precise e non sempre i bossoli scendono con fluidit\u00e0, in special modo i 9&#215;21. <br>&#8211; Ogni base ha l&#8217;innesto per  due diversi tubi, risulta molto ingombrante e interferendo con il movimento della molla, specie in caso di inceppamento.<br>&#8211; Non e&#8217; agevole ne il montaggio ne il posizionamento alla corretta altezza dell&#8217;alimentatore dei bossoli, risultando molto scomodo se occorre cambiare calibro velocemente o di frequente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una delle alternative e&#8217; quella di utilizzare il case feeder della Lee Pro 1000, che ha misure pi\u00f9&#8217; generose e maggiore capienza di quello in dotazione con la Lee APP, ma il rischio e&#8217; una alimentazione poco precisa che alle velocit\u00e0 di lavoro della Lee APP farebbe facilmente cadere i bossoli, interrompendo il ciclo di lavorazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per  questo motivo ho ridisegnato  il sistema di alimentazione ed in particolare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2595\" width=\"141\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-11.png 843w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-11-300x289.png 300w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-11-768x740.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 141px) 100vw, 141px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Creato una base porta tubi a tubo singolo per ogni calibro (o quasi)<\/li><li>Rivisto i diametri di tubi e base portatubi in modo che i bossoli non si incastrino e non cadano durante il ciclo.<\/li><li>Ridisegnato il sistema di fissaggio, sostituendo la vite originale con un&#8217;asta di scorrimento liscia sulla quale la base portatubi pu\u00f2 scorrere ed essere agevolmente posizionata con l&#8217;ausilio di una manopola.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2597\" width=\"162\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-12.png 571w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-12-222x300.png 222w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 162px) 100vw, 162px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reso agevole la sostituzione del portatubi con un di calibro differente, senza richiedere in questa fase il serraggio della bulloneria, sostituendoli dall&#8217;alto in pochi secondi.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I pezzi sono stati realizzati con la stampa 3D, utilizzando come materiale il PETG (molto resistente) e degli inserti filettati in ottone per aumentarne precisione e durabilit\u00e0 nella parte in cui viene inserita la manopola.<br>Il tubo del 9mm e&#8217; stato sostituito con un tubo acrilico, piu&#8217; ampio e resistente, limitando il restringimento alla sola parte presente nella base portatubi. Per il 45 invece e&#8217; stato mantenuto il tubo originale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora il ciclo di lavorazione della <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3vTR0Ab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Lee APP (apre in una nuova scheda)\">Lee APP<\/a> ora scorre fluido, preciso e veloce. Non ci sono inceppamenti e la sostituzione del tubo con uno di calibro differente risulta rapida ed agevole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono state realizzate 4 basi portatubi per i calibri pi\u00f9 comuni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>45 (adatta per 45 ACP e 45 LC)<\/li><li>9mm (adatta per 9&#215;21 e affini)<\/li><li>357 (adatta per 38 special, 357 magnum)<\/li><li>500 S&amp;W Magnum (con oltre 22,5 mm di diametro e&#8217; adatto anche ad altri grossi calibri)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutti i pezzi sono <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"disponibili nell'area mercatino (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/awpcp\/mostra-annuncio\/61\/lee-app-upgrade-kit-alimentazione-9x21-completo-stampato-3d\/paderno-dugnano\/italia\/sostieni-targetfun\/\" target=\"_blank\">disponibili nell&#8217;area mercatino<\/a> anche singolarmente per chi volesse sostenere il blog (e ricaricare senza noie!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\"  id=\"_ytid_91437\"  width=\"640\" height=\"360\"  data-origwidth=\"640\" data-origheight=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MONHnLjeyVs?enablejsapi=1&#038;autoplay=0&#038;cc_load_policy=0&#038;cc_lang_pref=&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;loop=0&#038;rel=1&#038;fs=1&#038;playsinline=0&#038;autohide=2&#038;theme=dark&#038;color=red&#038;controls=1&#038;\" class=\"__youtube_prefs__  epyt-is-override  no-lazyload\" title=\"YouTube player\"  allow=\"fullscreen; accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen data-no-lazy=\"1\" data-skipgform_ajax_framebjll=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Successivamente a questo articolo e&#8217; stata realizzata anche un&#8217;ulteriore  base portatubi, compatibile con il <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"sistema 4 tubi rotanti del case feeder della Lee pro 1000 (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/395x8ja\" target=\"_blank\">sistema 4 tubi rotanti del case feeder della Lee pro 1000<\/a>. La nuova base , sostituita all&#8217;originale permette di montare il case feeder a 4 tubi sulla Lee APP, utilizzando il sistema a perno fisso  precedentemente introdotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_20200714_154322.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2630\" width=\"213\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_20200714_154322.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_20200714_154322-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_20200714_154322-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo modo se gi\u00e0 si possiede una Pro 1000 con il case feeder a 4 tubi, sar\u00e0 possibile riutilizzarlo sulla Lee APP attraverso il sistema di aggancio e sgancio rapito a perno fisso. Montando sulla Pro 1000 il perno fisso al posto della vite originale sara&#8217; poi possibile spostare in pochi secondi il serbatoio da una pressa all&#8217;altra!<br>Questa nuova base portatubi e&#8217; specifica per il 9mm, in quanto e&#8217; stata inserita una boccola in ottone per permettere un posizionamento preciso dei bossoli. <br>NOTA: In seguito alle vostre richieste ho realizzato anche la versione per il 45 ACP, oltre alla testa rotante, in modo da avere un case feeder completo in entrambi i calibri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\"  id=\"_ytid_79527\"  width=\"640\" height=\"360\"  data-origwidth=\"640\" data-origheight=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6jrOhs4j-t4?enablejsapi=1&#038;autoplay=0&#038;cc_load_policy=0&#038;cc_lang_pref=&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;loop=0&#038;rel=1&#038;fs=1&#038;playsinline=0&#038;autohide=2&#038;theme=dark&#038;color=red&#038;controls=1&#038;\" class=\"__youtube_prefs__  epyt-is-override  no-lazyload\" title=\"YouTube player\"  allow=\"fullscreen; accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen data-no-lazy=\"1\" data-skipgform_ajax_framebjll=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuova versione del Feeder a 4 Tubi!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3375\" width=\"279\" height=\"496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-338x600.jpg 338w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3-90x160.jpg 90w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Feeder-4-tubi_3.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 279px) 100vw, 279px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eccoci con un nuovo aggiornamento del sistema a perno fisso per la sostituzione rapida del case feeder.<br>Il <strong>feeder a 4 tubi<\/strong>, inizialmente pensato come upgrade per il feeder  LEE, \u00e8 stato ora <strong>completamente realizzato utilizzando parti stampate in 3D<\/strong>.<br>Sulla base, al posto delle protuberanze, sono stati fatti 4 fori, come sede dei <strong>pistoncini a sfera<\/strong> inseriti nella nuova testa a 4 tubi.<br>Il sistema a pistoncini, gia&#8217; usato per il <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"bullet feeder (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/diy\/bullet-feeder-3d-a-5-tubi-per-die-gbo\/?preview=true&amp;_thumbnail_id=2994\" target=\"_blank\">bullet feeder<\/a>, garantisce una <strong>rotazione fluida<\/strong> ed <strong>estremamente precisa<\/strong>, inoltre permette un <strong>perfetto accoppiamento delle due parti<\/strong>, <strong>riducendo il gioco<\/strong> e quindi le  oscillazioni.<br>Alla vite autofilettante della versione precedente \u00e8 stato sostituita una <strong>vite a brugola con anima liscia e con dado frena-filetto<\/strong>. In questo modo il feeder \u00e8 smontabile senza essere soggetto a danni ed usura.<br>Il feeder rimane <strong>compatibile con i tubi universali Lee <\/strong>e quindi con la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"clip ferma tubi (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/realizzazioni\/tube-clip\/\" target=\"_blank\">clip ferma tubi<\/a>. <br>Il distanziamento tra i tubi rimane lo stesso del case feeder Lee rendendo il nuovo case feeder <strong>compatibile con il <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"case collator Lee (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3zl3kvM\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>case collator Lee<\/strong><\/a>.<br>Il nuovo feeder \u00e8 compatibile con la gran parte delle presse Lee.<br>Il nuovo case feeder \u00e8 disponibile con <strong>boccole di diametro 10.3, 11.3, 12.1, 14.1 mm<\/strong>, coprendo calibri <strong>dal 9&#215;21 al 45 ACP e oltre<\/strong>.
