(apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/kineticresearchgroup.com\/product\/bolt-lift\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;bolt lift&#8221;<\/a> in questione e&#8217; un interessante accessorio che e&#8217; possibile acquistare presso la vostra armeria di fiducia, tuttavia avendo trovato i <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"disegni di questo accessorio (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/grabcad.com\/library\/bolt-knob-krg-replica-for-remington-700-series-1\" target=\"_blank\">disegni di questo accessorio<\/a> su <strong>grabcad.com<\/strong> vogliamo cimentarci nella <strong>realizzazione faidate tramite la stampa 3D<\/strong>, un po&#8217; composto sostanzialmente da due gusci plastici che avvolgono il pomello dell&#8217;otturatore, stabilizzati da due <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"o-ring (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3N8cjb7\" target=\"_blank\">o-ring<\/a> e tenuti assieme da un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"bullone M5x14 (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XdXzMv\" target=\"_blank\">bullone M5x14<\/a> e da alcuni <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"perni di allineamento M2.5x5mm (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/43Eefzc\" target=\"_blank\">perni di allineamento M2.5x5mm<\/a>.<br>Per dare stabilit\u00e0 alla struttura useremo degli <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"inserti filettati M5 (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Nt4Cxr\" target=\"_blank\">inserti filettati M5<\/a>, in modo da poter avvitare il bullone in modo saldo, senza rovinare la parte plastica.<br><br>La prima cosa che andremo a fare sar\u00e0 quindi il <strong>download dei file STL<\/strong>. verificato che il file sia valido possiamo procedere con la <strong>conversione in gcode<\/strong> usando il nostro slicer preferito (nel nostro caso <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Cura (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/ultimaker.com\/software\/ultimaker-cura\/?gad=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwyqWkBhBMEiwAp2yUFu8i73k8S58tzl3cwuhk_R2nL5upPL1MPetlo2hWVOYbFw6viF84QhoC_Z8QAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\">Cura<\/a>).<br>Ottenuto il file .gcode useremo una stampante<strong> <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"creality ender 3 (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3NqVHgb\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>creality ender 3<\/strong><\/a>  e del filamento <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"PETG nero della Sunlu (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3oUgOhC\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>PETG nero della Sunlu<\/strong><\/a>.<br>Il bolt lift infatti richiede una certa <strong>resistenza e durabilit\u00e0 nel tempo<\/strong>, pertanto filamenti come il PLA no sono la scelta migliore.<br>Settano lo slicer avremo anche cura di usare temperature un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 alte in modo da garantire una <strong>perfetta coesione tra gli strati<\/strong>, dato che anche la resistenza meccanica per questo accessorio sara&#8217; importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo la prima stampa ci si rende conto che il guscio di plastica risulta troppo piccolo per ospitare il pomello. Questo puo&#8217; accadare per diversi motivi quali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Errore del disegno originale<\/li><li>Non perfetta taratura della stampante 3D o taratura diversa dalla stampante usata dal disegnatore del pezzo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ovviare al problema si puo&#8217; quindi allargare la concavit\u00e0 all&#8217;interno dei due gusci tramite un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"minitrapano dremel (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3p3eVz3\" target=\"_blank\">minitrapano dremel<\/a> con una <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"punta abrasiva (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/43VODgU\" target=\"_blank\">punta abrasiva<\/a>, aggiustando le misure. Considerato che comunque il pezzo andr\u00e0 ripulito una volta stampato, in modo da rimuovere eventuali supporti, bave etc, potrebbe essere una buona soluzione.<br>Nel nostro caso per\u00f2 <strong>abbiamo preferito ritoccare il disegno<\/strong> approfittando della possibilit\u00e0 che lo slicer ci da di scalare il pezzo prima di produrre il gcode. Abbiamo quindi misurato il pomello e <strong>ingrandito leggermente il pezzo<\/strong> in modo che non fossero necessarie grandi modifiche per poterlo utilizzare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"423\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141045.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3936\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141045.jpg 423w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141045-300x284.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141045-169x160.jpg 169w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 423px) 100vw, 423px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo aver rifinito la stampa abbiamo quindi <strong>allargato il foro con il trapano<\/strong>, in modo che potesse <strong>ospitare agevolmente <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Nt4Cxr\">l&#8217;inserto filettato<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Nt4Cxr\"> <\/a>di ottone, che abbiamo inserito scaldandolo con un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" saldatore (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/43Cu613\" target=\"_blank\">saldatore<\/a>.<br>Abbiamo <strong>inserito a caldo i due perni<\/strong> da 5mm, su uno dei due gusci e allargato leggermente i fori per ospitare i perni  sul guscio opposto, verificando quindi il <strong>perfetto allineamento delle due parti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"228\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141222-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3935\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141222-2.jpg 228w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141222-2-122x160.jpg 122w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 228px) 100vw, 228px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A questo punto <strong>il nostro accessorio risulta pronto<\/strong> e possiamo provare a montarlo, ricordandoci di inserire i due oring per dare una maggiore stabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La stampa 3D e&#8217; stata effettuata in modo che gli <strong>strati<\/strong> fossero <strong>posizionati in modo ottimale per aumentare la resistenza<\/strong> del  pezzo. <br>Sebbene sarebbe stato possibile rifinire la stampa rendendola visivamente piu&#8217; gradevole o usare una maggiore risoluzione per rendere meno evidenti gli artefatti della stampa, si e&#8217; <strong>preferito mantenere tali &#8220;rugosit\u00e0&#8221; in modo da garantire una migliore grip<\/strong> sul bolt lift  durante il suo utilizzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3937\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-600x338.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.targetfun.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG_20230614_141244-280x158.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusioni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancora una volta la <strong>stampa 3D e&#8217; tornata utile<\/strong> per questo meraviglioso hobby.
